Hi! Am looking forward to this class! Have studied a bit of yang style tai chi. How does it differ from Tai Chi Easy and other practices you teach? Thank you!
Ana, Thanks for asking. Tai Chi Easy is based on the Yang family style of Tai Chi Chuan which focuses on martial arts. In Tai Chi Easy we focus on the health and healing aspects of Tai Chi.
