This is an opportunity for self-healing of Body, Mind and Spirit. Learn to use mind, breath, and movement to create your own personal medicine.

Regular practice can reduce stress, build endurance, increase vitality, stimulate self-healing, and aid in warding off illness. I invite you to experience the positive benefits of breath, movement, and mental focus.
Currently our practice consists of
- Eight Pieces of Brocade (about 15 minutes)
- Yin Yang Balancing Qigong (about 15 minutes)
- Tai Chi Easy™ a short form based on the Yang family style (about 15 minutes)
Class time is about 45-60 minutes. Appropriate for beginners. You are welcome to start at anytime. Rain cancels.
My classes focus on qigong and tai chi for enhancing mind, body, and spirit. It does not have a martial arts focus. Please be sure to look at the class descriptions and the videos below for an idea of what we do.
Modest free-will donations gratefully accepted.
