In light of the California health mandate and protecting ourselves and others, as well as flattening the curve, my classes are suspended for now. Please be well. Don’t panic. Breathe – Relax – Repeat. Reach out to me if you feel the need. Healthy regards, Mark.

My brother Mark is a fabulous instructor! He has helped his three sisters recently on a home visit to PA!
I always feel physically and mentally better after attending Mark’s class.
My practice of Tai Chi with Mark has changed my life! I am calmer and more at peace with everything all week long by going to class on Sat. I have significantly fewer aches and pains ( I am 60 ). My balance has improved dramatically. I have been practicing with Mark for about one year and I have not been ill once during that time. Mark and the others in his class are wonderful people. Mark makes it accessible and easy for a beginner and challenging enough for anyone who already knows Tai Chi. I am not a morning person but I will move heaven and earth to be there faithfully every Sat. morning. Hope that you will join us. Thank you so very much Mark!
Great to see you. See you again soon. Great lesson.
